This air intake hose fits 2007 Honda Accord V6. At the time of purchase, it had one of the lowest prices ($16.29)I don’t have strong physical strength and also not experienced in car repair. So I watched several YouTube videos before replacing it.I found the most difficult tasks were (1) removing the short tube that went to the PCV valve pipe and (2) putting back the spring that clamps the intake hose onto the filter box.Steps I used to remove the old intake hoseremove the 4 screws holding the filter box, loosen the big clamp ( near the engine intake ) on the intake hoseuse a big screw driver to push out the intake hose from the engine intake mouthlikewise use the big screw driver to push out the intake hose from the filter box output mouthuse a razor blade to cut open the rubber short tube connected to the PCV pipe, then use the screw driver to separate the two, (the pipe was about 1 inch into the short tube and it was very difficult to separate them.)It would be best to replace the filter at this time.Steps I used to put on the new intake hose(I found that it was very difficult to put back the spring that clamps the intake hose to the filter box output mouth)put the spring back on the intake hose, but on the engine side which has a smaller diameter; use two big screw drivers to advance the spring gradually from the engine side to the filter side, apply a thin layer of dielectric grease (or W40) on the PCV pipe mouth and the filter box output mouthput the hose clamp onto the PCV piperotate the intake hose vertically and slide the short rubber tube of the intake hose onto the PCV pipe, tighten the screws on the filter box, rotate the Intake hose back horizontally, and position the hose clamp on the PCV pikeput back the big clamp and push the intake hose back to the engine intake which has an alignment mark (may need to use the screw driver),7) push the intake hose with spring back to the filter box output mouth which has an alignment mark (may need to use the screw driver),8) tighten clamps on the intake hose.
