The BT 1321 Recore service replaces the existing core in your Komatsu HM350-2 or HM400-2 Articulated Dump Truck’s charge air cooler with a brand new one. This eliminates all possible failure points created by metal fatigue. Manufactured in the USA using the latest in aluminum brazing technology, the epoxy-free core measures 35.625 inches from header to header, 28.625 inches from side to side, and 2.559 inches thick. We will TIG weld your existing unit’s tanks to the new core and pressure test it before sending it back to you. This gives you a like-new unit that is ready to be installed immediately.
